This doesn't make any sense, by the time I get enough silver to buy expert fashion tier, I should have enough tarnished and bronze to buy everyone tier one fashion and the level three bear drops. There is no point in getting any more bronze, I already have the fashion sets that I can get and more than enough to get the other tiers if I could get silver marks.

Silver marks seem to be very very rare, after farming to update fashion in stonevale, I received 10 tarnished, 37 bronze marks and 4 silver.
